Plant guarantee

If a tree, shrub or perennial from us fails in its first year, bring back the label or a photograph and we replace it. That is the whole guarantee.

It covers the plant, not the weather: a garden flooded for a month or a summer with a hosepipe ban is nobody's fault, and we will still help you work out what to plant instead.
